Gaia Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Gaia Partner. By applying to and participating in the Gaia Partner Program (the "Program"), you agree to the terms below in addition to Gaia's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, please do not submit a Program application or use any Program materials.

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Have an active Gaia subscription in good standing.
• Operate publicly accessible social media or website channels.
• Not be located in a country embargoed by the United States.
• Comply with applicable laws, including FTC endorsement guidelines and equivalent disclosure rules in your country.
• Not be a current Gaia employee, contractor, or immediate family member of one.

Gaia may, in its sole discretion, accept or deny any application and may revoke Program access at any time.

Approved Partners receive a unique referral link, a personal promo code, and access to the Partner Dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity associated with your account.

Your link and code are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or listed on coupon, deal, or cashback aggregator sites.

• Commission: 25% on qualifying first-term subscriptions purchased through your link or code, plus $5 per referred Partner whose first month is paid.
• Cookie window: 30 days from the click on your link.
• Payouts: Available via PayPal or bank transfer when your cleared balance reaches $25.
• Refund window: Commissions clear after Gaia's 30-day refund period.
• Disclosure: You must clearly identify Gaia content as a paid partnership.
